Hi,

I read that Toronto based lawyer "Rocco Galati" have challenged Govt on Bill C-24 and matter is with the Canada Supreme Court. Does anybody has any update about this? What was the court's verdict and when C-24 could be implemented?

Could you provide a link with a more recent event regarding it? It has been old news about it. I don't want to know something that has been published months ago. Is there news on it in past week?

Yes, I know decision was due on Oct 23 (if I am correct). I am wondering what is the latest information you have on this issue. Though news is old, I am wondering if its closed OR still decision pending on it?

Trust me, if there had been a decision made, it would be all over the news media on front page by now.

The first hearing was held on Oct 23. Decision only some time later. Next hearing date unannounced.
