law student chances of getting visa

hi folks,
i am law student. i am willing to apply for student visa.
i got rejection last time. i had applied for IBM. after that i started LLB in India.
now i wish to apply again after passing out LLB. what are my chances of getting visa if i apply for LLM in canada
