Hi,
My wife is from Colombia and I'm a Canadian Citizen.
We got married here in Toronto while she was here on a TRV.
We wanted to make an outland PR application, but I had a few questions that I've not gotten a good answer to.
On these forms: IMM 5406 and IMM 0008
And following the Latin America guide: 3908e
It says to provide a residence of where the applicant is currently living, however I was told by a coworker that to make an outland application you need to indicate the country of residence of your home country to get forwarded to that cic office. Since my wife is here on a TRV, how would all this work? She has been here for less than 6 months.
Thanks
