as if at all CIC will update CAP it will not be latest its usually @ 15-20 days old. so to get best idea you corelate this thread cap and CIC update whnever they update.

hay last year for 300 cap even first cap get over on 20th May so I feel till now this year no cap should be filled. but the hot NOCs like computer it and account will start to reach CAP in late june
