late visa approval...

hello guys,

I applied for student visa before a month and still waiting, if i didnt make it to canada before 9 September, the college will refund me and i'll not be able to attend the class.

My question, can I use the visa to attend any other courses?

No you can't. You have to send course change details to embassy. before that you can not

you must have given your offer letter from uni/college while applying, so you may not.
