Late Response for study permit

Hello,

I applied for a study permit via GCkey on 20 March 2022, Biometrics showed on my profile after 3 days. It's been 4 months ( 16 weeks ) without any response, Noting that the processing time stated in IRCC website is (12 weeks ).

Should I do anything from my side like sending a webform? Or just keep on waiting ?

Yes after 12 weeks you could send a webform.
