Last ten years skilled experience in "same occupation"

HI,

I have 3 years in NOC 1112 and 3 years in NOC 6235. When creating the express entry profile "Apply to canada" the question was "in the last ten years how many years of SKILLED OCCUPATION do you have in the SAME OCCUPATION". The options were 1 year, 2 to three years, four years five years or more. Which one should I choose?
