Last name change in wife's Passport

Hi ,

I am a future Canadian PR aspirant and i just started the Process for PR.
I am planning to apply for Passport to my wife and i have couple of queries regarding this.

1. My wife has her Maiden name on all her certificates of education and my surname on her Voter ID, Aadhar card, my Son's birth certificate as they are applied after my marriage. is it gud to apply for passport with my Surname for PR.. I have a Marriage certificate as a proof for the name change.

2. Can anybody please send me the checklist for PR application, a link having information would suffice intially to start my PR process.

Its fine. but ur name on passport shd be one u should be using for ur wife or else get the same rectified in her passport
