Last name change in Passport

Hi ,

I am a future Canadian PR aspirant and i just started the Process for PR.
I am planning to apply for Passport to my wife and i have couple of queries regarding this.

1. My wife has her Maiden name on all her certificates of education and my surname on her Voter ID, Aadhar card, my Son's birth certificate as they are applied after my marriage. is it gud to apply for passport with my Surname for PR.. I have a Marriage certificate as a proof for the name change.

2. Can anybody please send me the checklist for PR application, a link having information would suffice intially to start my PR process.

go to the family sponsorship thread, and do some research around there. to get the checklists and where to start, go to the CIC website. just google CIC family sponsorship, and it will pop up.
