Last name change after getting a visitor visa

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding my multiple entry visitor visa for Canada. I was granted a 10-year multiple entry visitor visa 4 years ago. My visa is still valid, however, my last name changed since I obtained the visa due to marriage. Do I need to apply for a new visa with my new name or can I travel to Canada with this visa and show my marriage certificate as a proof of the last name change?
