Last day of my OINP filing is today but it doesnot allow me to file

Hi,
I have received a NOI from OINP on 05/05/2017 and it states it will expire in six months but it does not allow me to enter this on the onekey portal . It says the date is invalid but as per the deadline today 05/11/2017 is last day of six months.
Please help this is very urgent today is my last day of filing.

it is 180 days not 6 months.
