For fall batch it is recommended to apply before 1 Aug.

there is no specific date...you can apply any time but try to apply as soon as possible

yes I am talking about fall batch 2013 and by the time I get all my stuff ready it will be july 1st week so is that fine like applying for the visa around that time or is it they might reject !!!
