Hello..

I have a question, I used to study French in high school for two years back home. English and French are not my native language. I took two session French course in Ottawa. However, I didn't take the proficiency test.

If I don't have a profiency test of French to prove my language abilities, can I still say to immigration that my proficieny of French in 4 areas are in Basic to add a little more points? Or I should put X for non-profiency in French.

Thank you very much for your suggestions...
