I am about to apply for my daughter's citizenship. She is a 4th year student at University of Toronto. As she has not completed her undergraduate degree she cannot use it as proof of language. She completed her 'O' Levels and 'AS' Levels to complete high school. My question is that will her 'O' level and 'AS' Level certificates satisfy language requirement? Any body with similar experience?
