Language proof for citizenship application

Hi, I just want to know about proof for language that is required to be submitted with the citizenship application.
I have IELT from 2012( expired) as well as i passed the Canadian CLB test at new comer center in Mississauga in early 2014. Will this CLB test report will be sufficient to meet the proof of language requirement for the citizen application.

Yes will clb be enough and do they accept toefl
