Language Proof - English Institution outside of Canada in Pakistan

Hey Guys,

I need some help. My wife has her degree from IQRA University in Karachi and her studies was conducted in English, is there something that I can provide for language proficiency? Would only her degree be sufficient or do I need something else as well?

If you are applying for PR, then an English language proficiency test is required regardless of education.

For citizenship application,You may send a transcript, diploma or certificate showing that you graduated from a secondary school or from a post-secondary program in Canada or abroad. These materials must show that the program was in English or French.

Just attach the degree and the transcript (both should be in english). That's what I did.
