Hi, I'm new to this forum. I recently started becoming interested in immigrating to Canada as FSW. I have a few questions:

1. I have studies and worked professionally in United States since 2008(till now). Can language test be waived?

2. I had about one year FULL time, PAID internship when I was in school. Can it be counted as work experience?

3. If my application is rejected the first time, can I re-apply a second time without being affected?

Thank you!

2. If you were a full-time student at the time, this experience won't count. If you were only a part-time student and full-time employee, it can be counted.

Great! I paused school for one semester and then part-timed for the another semester. How can I show them? Does offer letter or pay check stub sufficient? Thanks again.
