I am over 54, which box do I select (if any) to be able to complete the Language Evidence section without having it rejected?

Since you are over 54, language requirement won't apply to you. You can choose NO and then add it as a cover letter that you are over 54 and exempt from this requirement. Also hand write on the document check list N/A over 54 years in the language section of the document check list.
