Landing with copy of COPR

Will immigration allow to enter Canada with only copy of COPR? A friend of mine is travelling to Canada with the copy as she misplaced the original on the date of flight.

CBSA is well capable to confirm she is PR, shouldn't be issues here.
But she may be denied boarding the flight by the airline ...
