Hi all,
I'm wondering if it is possible, under OINP and subsequent PR approval, to land within the required timeline, then return to current country of residence to complete work contract commitment. Work contracts tend to be 2 - 3 years...and so the timing of the ITA and passport request / landing deadline can vary greatly within one's current work contract.
Has anyone done this? Landed within the deadline, then returned to current country of residence to complete a work contract say for 6 months up to 1 year, then permanently moved to Canada to settle / look for work etc?
Thank you in advance
