Hey Bros and sis, :)
Well am flying to Toronto in exactly 1 week , that is June 22nd .
I have a questions about proof of funds at the port of Entry , i am carrying my funds in VISA card , 10500 USD that is more than 11000 CAD , the basic requirement , i negotiated with my bank and they will issue a Bank statement stipulating that the amount is available in the Visa Card and the account will be blocked from the date of issue of the staement till June 22nd when i land , then i can use my Visa card wherever it is accepted , i know it will be ok , but i just wanna get your opinions , coz i don t wanna carry cash on me (Got a bad experience) and negociating a travellers checque with Chinese Banks is a headache!
Another question is about Goods to follow list and Accompanying list , i am going to use excel to type that , hope no Problem? ;) ;
Thanks for reactions!

Funds in form of credit cards will not be accepted as proof of funds.. For goods to follow you have to fill the required forms( B4, B4a), Exell will not be accepted.

Bank statements may or may not be accepted.. I will not however suggest you to relay on bank statements.. Bank drafts, travek cheques, cash, money orders are acceptable.. You can get the forms from CIC website..

There's nothing wrong with a bank statement for POF, however the problem is that POF cannot be borrowed money. A cash advance or a credit line from a credit card is borrowed money.
