I need to go to Canada to complete Landing process. I am currently in usa and my H1b visa i-94 is expiring in a month.
I am planning to use AVR process to complete landing process in Canada and go back the same day or next day to US and do the packing and move to Canada before my H1b visa I-94 expiry.
My question is 1). I understand that i should be able to get PR card after 4 to 6 weeks after applying etc. While coming back from Canada after landing process, While entering US by land if they say to get stamping for visa or if they say to go back etc then can i go back to Canada? But i have one time entry to Canada for landing process. Please help. Thank you.
