Landing questions

Dear all

I am preparing for landing in Canada by first week of September. In the current situation I dont want to search for job in Canada. I would complete the formalities and return to Gulf where I work now.

Is there anyone else planning to land at the same time?
Can any one tell me how much time it would take to complete the landing formalities, application for PR card, SIN, Insurance, Bank a/c etc? Can anyone suggest a good agency in Toronto who would be of help?

You can probably apply for all those things in 1 day but getting the SIN card in the mail will take 1-2 weeks, getting the PR card in the mail 4-6 weeks and getting health care can take 3 months depending on what province you land in.
