Landing question

I would like to do round trip and landing formalities in 1 day, meaning fly from the US to Vancouver in the morning and return late afternoon. I would have about 4 hours inbetween flights.
Do you guys with experience think this is feasible?

It is very possible. You probably won't be able to do registration for SIN, Medical etc.

Do present an address in Canada for PR Card application at the border.

Actually I'll have time from noon to 8:30pm, so I might be able to go to the services office for the SIN card. Is the health card processed at the same office?
Anyone could tell me where the closest office in Vancouver is and how to get there fast from the airport?

Anyone could tell me where the closest office in Vancouver is and how to get there fast from the airport? That's a good idea.
