It seems that I'm very close to PPR, so I have a question regarding landing and citizenship.

My spouse has a very basic knowledge in English (no French either), which I haven't claimed points for. Will this be a problem during and after landing (interviews etc...)? What about after that during Citizenship procedures?

why will it be a problem when you have not claimed points for it. But think about the situation you are moving to a country where you need English as spoken language she has to manager. So better now you start sending to some English practice courses so that she can manage herself and kids over there.

Because I read somewhere that the immigration officers might ask some questions, and I'm not sure how this goes.

You are absolutely right for your other comment, but that is a different story for now.
