Hello All

I have few doubts on landing-can some one please help

a.I am planning to complete my landing by travelling to Toronto (by air from US).I will be landing alone and my
family will come for landing later

Will it be an issue getting a PR card if I plan to return back to US post landing?I have read in some of the
online forums that if you tell the officer at POE that you will be returning back to US,they might ask you to apply
for PR card only once you decide to come and stay in Canada next time.

b.How difficult is it for the dependents to do the landing without the primary applicant?Do they need
to again fill in all the forms like B4,E677,show proof of funds etc.If not,do they need to show some proof that
primary applicant has already done the landing and filled in all the forms/shown the proof of funds etc.
(This is considering that primary applicant is not in Canada at the time of landing for dependents)

c.In case the address provided for sending the PR card is different from the city where one is landing,is there a chance that officer at POE might
question the same and accordingly refuse and instruct to apply for PR card at a later date once I have a permanent address(e.g I am landing in Toronto and providing an address for PR card to be sent to Montreal).Again as read in some of the forums, they don't prefer sending the PR card at an address where the applicant is not staying

Please advise based on your experience!

Thnx
