the following situation.
- We (my fiancée and me) have sent our app to VO in August 2010
- AOR received beginning of September
- We are expacting med req in January 2011
- Visa should be stamped afterwards in February 2011
First question: What will happen if we get married between now and February 2011? Shall we inform our VO or is it not neccassary?
Till now is pure guess!
Now, our plan for landing Canada if everything work like we guess.
- We land in Canada within the timeline of 12 month (e.g. August 2011)
- We apply for the PPR by using the home address of our friends in Canada
- Staying in Canada for three weeks (till Sept 2011)
- Going back to Europe for work and finish everything
- Return to Canada after one or two years (2012 or 2013) and start working and living there
Second question: What will happen if my wife become a baby during the time in Europe (Sept 2011 and 2012)? Do we have to apply for our child as well?
Third question: Should this plan work? Normally for a extension of the PR Card you have to life in Canada for at least 2 years within a 5 year period
