LANDING LETTER - VANCOUVER OFFICE - Decision Made on Sponsorship Application

Hi there - we received an email stating that a decision on our sponsorship application had been made (letter dated February 19th) and that the Vancouver Office will be contacting us. I am assuming this is an approval on our application and the next step is the interview or just the PR ceremony invitation.

Does anyone know HOW LONG it will take for the Vancouver Office to send us this letter? We hope to be planning summer travels and would like to get going buying tickets etc and need to make sure we will have enough time to secure a permanent resident card for my husband! I have read so many differing opinions - 2weeks to 6 months! anyone have any RECENT EXPERIENCE with this?

If we are waiting much longer is there a way to call or write to the Vancouver office? (the main CIC line can't help us).

Congrats Guys .. Ur Journey to Canada PR almost over ..wishing u very good luck for ur landing interview and bright future in Canada .....
About landing in Vancouver ... Guys Vancouver office Busiest office in Canada .. According to 2011 and 2012 spread sheets Vancouver office taking 2 to 6 months for landing interview ..But from past few months they r showing quite good speed because some of Forum members Got their landing letter between 20 to 60 days ...Good Luck And God Bless All Of Us ...
