Your post is hard to understand. Did you send your passport and pictures to Ottawa or another Canadian consulate? Did you get them back in the mail?

When you send your passports in, they will come back with a special one-entry visa to land and get your PR. Along with that will be a paper in duplicate with your information on it - and that is your CoPR. You take the passport and the paper when you land. They will fill some stuff out and keep one copy to send to be made into your PR card. Then they give you back one copy - you take that copy to get your SIN, a bank account, etc. while you are waiting for the card.

On the CoPR will be the date you have to land by - usually just about one year from the date you had your medical.
