landing interview process at Vancouver Airport

My wife has received a PR visa and we should be landed in Vancouver, BC by next month.

We are flying from Seoul to Vancouver, via transfer in Seattle /United States.... would that be a problem to pass the Canada IMMIGRATION ?

I am not sure if I should take a direct flight from Seoul to Vancouver for the landing interview process.

Where you are flying from is completely irrelevant to your PR landing, CIC will not ask or care. As long as it's an international flight that's all that matters.
