I am Canadian (current status is non-residence) and my hubby has received COPR.
His COPR is showing the address to land at Vancouver BC, but we prefer to settle in Calgary AB after we move to Cananda.
Since there is no direct flight from Hong Kong to Calgary, we've purchased a ticket from HK to Vancouver and plan to stay a week for short trip in vancouver first, then take the domestic flight from Vancover to Calgary.

Our questions are:
Can he land to Vancouver BC and inform the immigration officer about his living address will be in Calgary AB?
Is the PR card can deliver to our Calgary home directly if he land at Vancouver?

You can land any where in Canada , if inducted in FSW stream

Not always. If he was nominated by Alberta then he must land in Alberta.

Federal family sponsorship, yes.

Yes, except maybe Quebec because he doesn't have a CSQ but anywhere else is fine.

yes, i landed in quebec (under FSW) with no issues. Airport staff were very friendly and helpful
