hello there
I am a QSW and my destination is Montreal.
but my flight is through Torronto,
i will land in terminal 3 (Alitalia Airline) at Pearson Airport Toronto and have to change the terminal to terminal 1 (Air Canada) to Montreal.

My question is : would it be any problem not to land exactly in Montreal but with a transfer flight (remember the terminals are not equal in Toronto)

thanks

You should have no issues landing in Toronto since you have an onward flight to Quebec.

if the terminal was the same so you would stay in transit area, but in my case since i have to change the terminal by bus or train,
i don't know what will happen, i suppose my passport should be stamped in Montreal, not Toronto

Thanks

It doesn't matter if it's the same terminal or not - the process is the same. You have to pass through immigration (this is where you will land as a PR) and then pick up your luggage and pass through customs. Your passport will be stamped at the first airport you arrive in when you come to Canada. So in your case your passport will be stamped in Toronto.

in my "Confirmation of Permanent Residence" paper, it's written that the destination is Montreal,
should i give this paper to the Toronto immigration office, or to the Montreal immigration when i get there?
where do they ask for the address for sending PR card, Toronto airport or Montreal airport? (my address is surely in Montreal)

either way , should i go to immigration office in Montreal airport?

thanks

You will give your CORP to Toronto immigration officers. No - you will not go through immigration in Montreal.

As a QSW u can complete ur landing process at any Canadian province As per cic website
