landing in next april

hi to all,
i want to ask if any body can give information about my children schooling in canada. we intend to land around 7 april 2010 in canada. are my children have to wait for next academic year to join school or they can join immediately. they r 13 n 9 yrs respectively. any help would be appreciated.

Schools run from Sept. to around June. That's your answer.
