Landing in Canada

Hi frnds, Please help me with a couple of queries. We are three people in our application- myself,my spouse and my kid.
1) Can the PA along with spouse travel for the first time leaving our kid for a couple of weeks?
2) The PA will travel back nd then will come along with the son later?
3) The dependant can start working there before the PA?

Secondary applicant cannot land first. He/she has to land with or after PA.
