Landing in Canada with Quebec selection certificate

Hello,

Following my CoPR, I plan to do landing in Canada this October. I was selected by Quebec province as an immigrant and I hold Quebec selection certificate. I would like to confirm the constraints for landing and post landing in Canada.

1) Do I have to land in Montreal or can I land outside the Quebec province ? On my CoPR , under application details, the city of dest. mentioned is Montreal.

2) Post landing, Do I need to complete all formalities in province of Quebec like opening bank account etc or this can be done in any other province as well ?

Would land in Quebec. For any provincial nomination I would keep proof that you try to settle in the province before moving.
