I have checked a few of those places online a while ago and I found them to be more expensive than the ones in the US. The ones I checked were in Calgary area.ingegarcia said:How about those "bed & breakfast places?... I think they are not too expensive.....

Best is NW in terms of safety, people and community. Calgary has good paying High tech jobs as mostly Oil & Gas companies have offices in Calgary but Education, family life and social life in best in Edmonton. 800 is good deal but if includes utilities.at-80 said:Thanks.
But isn't it that Calgary has more and better paying jobs than Edmonton?
Also I was looking at some SW and NE 1 bed room apartments which were for around $800p/m.
But I guess it all depends upon the money we might make and how close they are to office.!!!
