Can I do my landing in service canada office??

According to Section 7.9 of the document cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op07b-eng.pdf here, you must call CIC and set up an appointment with a landing kiosk at a CIC office in the city you intend to do the "landing." Besides, you could also do a flag-pole. These are the only official landing procedures.
