Landing for Parents

We have got Passports stamped for my parents. They are in Canada right now.

How can we do the landing? Which border is the best to go to.
They have things to declare (at the time and good to follow). Any suggestions for that
They have property in India, how an we declare that
Once they have done their landing, can they go out to US for a road trip before their PR cards come. We already had booked a trip

Just fill in the B4 and B4A forms. Not sure if you need to claim foreign property anywhere.

Road trip is fine. Just have them carry their COPRs to show CBSA at land border when you return to Canada, and tell them still waiting for PR cards.
