Landing & BSF forms

Hello..
I am planning to land (soft landing) as PR sometime in Oct and move permanently by December 2020. I am currently in the US and I will be driving my car. Wondering if the car has to be listed on BSF 186 (goods accompanying) or BSF 186A (goods to follow)?

I assume you are aware that you are not supposed to soft land at the moment.

Yes.. if push comes to shove, I have made arrangements to quarantine myself.
Any suggestion regarding BSF forms?

No, you have to quarantine regardless, the point is even after that they do not want you immediately turning around and leaving Canada, they want you to move up permanently with all of your stuff. I don't know how rigourously this is enforced but that is the official policy at the moment.
