Landing before moving

Hi all,
Me and my partner are planning to perform the landing 3 months prior to our planned move (which will be after our confirmation of PR expired).
Our plan is to do the landing in 3 working days that will include getting our SIN, opening bank account and ordering credit cards.
We have a few questions:
1. Will the fact we are planning to leave shortly for a 3 months period be an issue during the interview?
2. Will 3 days be enough for those arrangements?
3. Should we apply for health care during the time of the landing?

Signing up pretty instant (you will need a SIN) but they will need an address to post to inside Canada. Have it sent to the same address as your pr card.
