Landing at YVR

Hello all,

I will be flying from USA next week and will land at YVR ( Vancouver Airport ) at 8 :30 Pm.

I just read somewhere that the immigration counter or the landing counter ( That process your COPR) is only open till 8 Am to 4 pm? Is that true?

I thought as it is an airport it should be open at least till midnight. Please help.
