No You don't !

You actually leave Canadian Border, -------------> Walk through the No Man's Land ------------------> Reach USA border control and tell them your intentions of flag polling-----------> They take your passport, put a denied entry stamp as you don't have visa --------> Show you way back to Canadian Border.....-------------> You Walk through the No Man;s Land again, ------------> Reach Canadian Border, and are Welcomed as a PR.

thanks alot faraz afzal.I heard that maybe Canadian maybe wont let you in?is it possible,or any future problem with US visa as you will have denail stamp?

Well, All you need to care about is if the Canadian Border offers immigration service, where you are intending to flagpole. If it is Rainbow Bridge, Niagara Falls , go with no fear as they offer Canadian Immigration service there.

US Visa is not a problem in future and it does not affect in future.

Thank you Sir,one more question I have,can you I go to any other border like windsor or Sarnia as people say that Niagra is too much busy port and sometimes they refuse.

They only do flag polling at certain times at the southern Ontario bridges(rainbow, Fort erie etc), check their website and other forum threads on here before you go

You have both of these options open. BOth Windsor and Sarnia has immigration and you will have to look at this post.
