Landing at Vancouver,BC from Washington(do i need appointment)?

Hi,

I am planning to drive to Vancouver from USA(washington) and complete my landing formalities. Can someone please help me in finding the cbsa offices that are near this part of the border. is it ircc office or cbsa office that i am suppose to be visiting and would i need any before hand appointments?.

You complete PR landing formalities at the border , no appointment required you just tell the CBSA officer you are a new immigrant , present your COPR , your customs declaration and any documents required.
