Landing At Toronto Airport

Hi all, i was hopig someone could answer question i have.
I recently recieved my visa and i am travelling to canada from the uk on 18th june 2010.
I read on the forums that there is a landing pack you should be issued or that you can ask for from the immigration officer at the airport
is this true?
and if so what does the pack contain?

It has information on how to access services for getting your SIN, health coverage, driver's licence stuff, etc
