Landing at an IRCC office

Hi everyone
I just emailed ircc.pra-rvpr.ircc@cic.gc.ca to book a landing appointment (I live in London, Ontario) and I have two questions:

1. How long does it take for them to respond to my email?
2. Has anyone landed at London IRCC office recently?

Did you get any reply from them regarding your email except the confirmation of receipt? I'm from London too and I have send my email for appointment today.

Nope. I would probably be waiting for couple of weeks to hear back. If it takes too long for an appointment, I will do the flag-polling at Sarnia border. I called them this morning and inquired about the limitations for flag-polling. They said there is no restriction in Sarnia border. As long as the border is not busy, they'll process the application. Please let me know if you hear back from the CIC on appointment date.

Yesterday an officer called me from the London office and gave me the appointment details. He also told me to bring my last two payslips or proof that I have been looking for a job since I graduated. Isn't that a little odd?

and i was mistaken...I received DM on August 10..not July 13. My medical was approved on July 13.

They sent me that with an email. Then just wait if it’s Aug 10th you got the DMs. Good luck almost done

Thank you. If it's okay. Can I ask you one last question? Since you did landing in London, ON (I can't find any others that did.) what did you have to do during landing? Was it a long interview? I thank you for your time.

He asked us about our relationship, and also the documents that they did request on the landing letter. Two photos etc.. but yeah he might ask about the relationship few questions to make sure everything is ok, and the rest not a big deal normal questions like have you ever been convicted, or asked to leave the country. It should not be a big deal. I got nervous for some reason I needed this to be done so I can travel for family matter. But yeah you would get your landing shortly, max at the end of Sept you should be a permanent resident. Goodluck don’t stress yourself just ignore till you receive that letter
