Hi all.

We planning to do our landing in few months from now.

I wanted to ask if it's possible to first enter to Canada with an ETA papers, leave after a few days for a short vacation and then take a flight back to Canada and do the landing process.

Yes, if you have an eTA already. There are no "eTA papers", as it's totally online. You don't have to "land" in Canada at the first entry unless you only have a single use IM-1 visa. Note that if you don't "land", you are only a "visiting foreign national" and could be refused entry.

My question was unclear, sorry.

We received our confirmation of permanent residency papers.

We are planning to do our landing in few months from now and we wanted to know if it's possible to first enter to Canada with an ETA , leave after a few days for a short vacation and then take a flight back to Canada and start the PR process.
