After being issued CoPR, can I travel to Canada on my tourist visa from London which isn't expired yet or would I need to apply for a permanent resident visa?

If you require a visa, one will be issued at the same time as the COPR. If you received a COPR without a passport request for visa insertion, you don't need one to travel to Canada for landing.

I'm curious, as I'm in the same situation as you. I'm from a non visa-exempt country, and I've a tourist visa valid till 2025. Were you able to do the landing in Canada on your tourist visa, or did you have to send your passport to get the PR visa stamp?
