Hello all,

Please this thread is for all PR holders new or old in Manitoba to share their experiences about every aspect of canada for the benefit of the would be PR holder or yet to land in Canada. It will be great to to hear about how one can easily adapt to life over there as regards accomodation, Job, weather, education for children and self, child care, business, culture and any other thing that may interest us.

It will be great to share things such as software/certifications especially for an IT person like that we need to learn/obtain while we are still here please let us know. Rather than just waiting, we might be trying our hands on one thing or the other.

Well it depends mine was 3 months after nomination. You can equally share your experience if possible. you never know who that will bless.

Awesome!

My experience is a little bit different because I have been living in Nova Scotia for quiet a while and I got nominated by the province yesterday.

Awesome province, awesome people, wonderful capital (Halifax). Even universities in NS are not strict in transferring credits or accrediting degrees.
