I landed in Toronto a few days back and have a couple of questions

1) When I go out I can easily protect my body with a layered clothing but what about face, the cold winds hit my face all the time which is annyoing . Do the other guys use some kind of special cream on face to protect from those winds - just wondering

2) I went to WIND mobile and they checked my phone saying that it wont work because we use AWS frequency . Then I went to MOBILICITY shop and they gave me a SIM , I payed for 3 months . The internet is dead slow and the shop staff was telling me that it works fine for other customers. I can home and did research , found out that it could be a frequency mismatch . These companies use 1700/2100 frequency . My phone is Huawei Honor 3C H30-U10 ( https://www.frequencycheck.com/models/GlJr2/huawei-honor-3c-dual-sim-h30-u10 ) which has GSM : 900/1800/1900 MHz HSDPA : 900/2100 MHz .
Could this be a reason for slow internet ? but if frequency mismatch how are the calls and messages working fine . If this phone wont work , can you recommend a low price smartphone

3) Is there a map ( avaliable on internet ) or a video on youtube which guides about TTC ( train and bus ) system here.

1. No special cream....cover yourself up with a scarf or some other layer of protective clothing if you feel very cold.
2. It could be a frequency mismatch or it could be the Mobilicity network. I would suggest trying your phone on another carrier first before deciding to replace it. I had an issue with a phone I had purchased abroad as well...the voice calls were find, but I could only get LTE coverage in select pockets, and couldn't get it at all downtown, which is absurd.
