Landed Canada on Tourist Visa, How to Extend or Change my Status to stay more?

Can anybody assist me in my case that i am still having a valid visit visa but i want to change it to temporary resident or extend it as visitor?
Means i don't want to go back to my home country.
I came from Saudi Arabia having there valid residency work visa, basically Pakistani national.
Any Solutions For Me?

If you can find an employer who is willing to give you a full time job and also obtain an approved LMIA, then you can apply for a work permit. Note that it tends to be extremely difficult to find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process.

Another option would be to apply for PR. Canada has many different immigration programs. You will have to investigated them to understand what it takes to qualify and if you can apply: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp
